White Columns Rehabilitation Services (WCRS) is a private business that provides services to help people with disabilities and other hardships to learn the skills needed to be more successful in their lives.
Services funded under contracts with the Georgia Rehabilitation Agency by Providing: Job Readiness, Supportive Employment, PRE-ETS, G.R.O.W., Drivers Prep Class

Job Readiness Training

WCRS prepares an individual for seeking and maintaining employment through the use of instructional activities.

• Identifying Jobs to their skills
• Understanding the application and interviewing process
• Interpersonal Skills
• Employer Expectations

G.R.O.W. (Getting Ready for Opportunities in Work)

WCRS's G.R.O.W. program is a week long journey to prepare students for Work.

• Self-Advocacy
• Work Readiness Training
• Job Exploration
• Work Base Learning
• Counseling on Post-Secondary Enrollment

Pre-ets (Pre-Employment Analysis Training)

WCRS equips transitional students with the knowledge, skills, and qualities needed to meet the expectations of employers.

Job Readiness

Supportive Employment

WCRS assist individuals with significant disabilities finding employment

• Seek job opportunities that identifies with individual skills
• Support individual application and interview process
• On going support on the job as needed

Driver's License Prep Class

WCRS prepares students with knowledge of laws to pass written exam.

• Review and discuss driver’s license course questionnaire
• Student completes practice text as preparation for final
